"No opportunity to advance. Job was supposed to be a lead position, but was not"

"Spend more time talking to staff, find out likes and dislikes of staff, support IR&D"

"Full control of software development and release process. Able to develop and software lifecycle process and source control, documentation and testing requirements."

"This company is really only 3 people currently and my roll is really technical."
What don't you like about working at Systems Resources?
"This is currently only a contract and does not have a long term future."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When sales are increased and can sustain a permanent staff I would suggest hiring self motivated people."
