"The PR account executives have a commission only model, yet the company signs one month campaigns. It does not allow for anyone to have financial security and it wastes employees’ time trying to onboard a client that is already ready to leave. Countless clients have said they only have enough budget for one month so no matter what the AE does, they’re unable to get them to stay. PR timing is not up to us. We have no control over when features and segments go live so it’s truly just bad for client retention rates and employee morale. I also think it’s strange that every employee has different requirements for working remote. I feel bad that not everyone has the same flexibility as I do when they’ve been working there longer and we are all paid commission so it should not matter if we are in office or not. We service our clients on our own terms anyway."
