What do you like about working at ChicagoNetTech?

"I am the owner, so I can set my own schedule and work at any time of the day or night. The biggest benefit of owning the company and working for myself is being able to work directly with my customers and their products. This affords me the opportunity to consult with the technology department at CDW, and their vendors to find the right solutions for my customer.I also love the fact that I am able to work with my small not-for-profit groups and find them REAL solutions for both saving them money and helping them develop better internal solutions."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I wish I was in the position to interview potential employees. Had the economy held out, I may well have been able to expand to that point.In general, however, I would say that any interviewee needs to be honest, not over-embellish his or her history and background, be a good listener, and be responsive to body language during the interview."

What don't you like about working at ChicagoNetTech?

"The, sometimes, very long hours and the fact that I am always the go to guy. If I don't do it, it doesn't get done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, I am the owner. However, if I was not the owner, I would say that the owner is sometimes not as organized as he should be because he is a one-person show and needs to make more time to keep himself organized."
