"I worked for Chewse from April 2018 to January 2019. My former Supervisor held my In-person Interview - a Meeting I will never forget. He was able to dissect my Resume thoroughly, and though my Experience did not match the Position's Qualifications verbatim, he understood that all of my Prior Experience possessed the ability to be effortlessly transferred. He saw an ability to obtain success and grow accordingly, and the following did grant the opportunity to exhibit the aforementioned. Much to my dismay; as I grew accustomed to my Work and my former Supervisor was transferred, I discovered Company Structure & Organization was severely lacking. Managers made promises to Clients that were not fulfilled, inconsistencies on behalf of our Company as well as Vendors became far too frequent, all while Employees on the Front-line took the fall, unbeknownst of what all had transpired. Communication was poor, while personal opinions & favoritism begin to influence decisions from Client Placement, Employee Hours, to who was penalized and to which degree upon breaching Company Policies. It became far too reminiscent of Junior High School. Granted, all Employees understood that while you represent this Company, you are to be held responsible for all it's a fault, causing repeated turnover and Employee Resignations. Unfortunately, bringing home free food was one if not the only Pro which pales in comparison to the Company's extensive list of Cons."
