"Give a summary of all the position situations you did for your restaurant. Some of the managers spend their whole life worried about management in what they think instead of putting your heart into what you feel can make a difference in your unit and employees. The truth and approaching your superior with new ideas that work is far more than not saying anything."

What don't you like about working at Chevys Fresh Mex?

"I was always working on projects and getting the unit in order that I never thought of any negatives. I build catering sales to 20k a week and the Regional canceled the program. I felt that was wrong and bad decision in management"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There is always the professional management who have the special thing to create and motivate employees, implement programs in sales that work, and keep the unit in the top 5. Sometimes that professional manager can do more for the Regional"
