"The long hours because I was an assistant manager, and interim manager, I was in charge of every single details. I did not have a head teller, I was automacally in charge of the vault as well. On top of that I was in charge for security and training and caoching. I was multitasking sometime I am a teller and head teller , loan officer, assistant manager,security officer, manager, and notary public..."

"Be in control, implement change, delegate, showing soft skills be competant, be a leader"
