Management can do a much better job structuring their investments, and aligning their interests with their investors, so they are not in a position to make money off their investors while their investors are losing money. Chestnut has decent working hours, benefits, and pays large commissions. However, in regards to commissions, management believes that they can sell whatever by just paying brokers more rather than providing decent investments."
