"This is a sole proprietorship establishment that mainly practices collections law, supporting HOAs and Condo Associations. This firm is very relaxed and dog-friendly. The owners son is also employed there. The pay is low and no benefits are offered. The owner wants a lot of education and experience (10+ years) without wanting to pay for it. I was not doing the job I was hired to do. Not great if you have long-term goals. There is good/bad to every job/environment."
