The superior will suck the last drop of creative spirit out of your soul through intense micromanagement, disrespect and miss management. You only want to work there if you have no other options."

"The employees here are amazing to work with. Super friendly and outgoing. The work itself isn't even that challenging. However, the owner is a complete nightmare to work for. He yells at employees, degrades them, is super condescending and plain and simple, disrespectful. I've never worked for a company like this in my life that employees had to put up with such a horrible environment. Even senior executive staff is constantly belittled by this smaller-than-life owner. No matter how successful any company is, without a unified team, you will fail. Work at McDonald's before considering working here."
