"Awful IT leader. Change is done at a whim without any goal other than to create chaos. There is no way to document improvement or decline because a certain person whipsaws the organization to prevent any records from being meaningful. Support software is implemented and removed by his word alone. Construction and workplace movement is also done capriciously - with a view to keep workers off balance."
