"I only worked in the IT Department at Chemtool for a summer and 8 weeks over winter break. In my experience the Department was very unorganized and the Department head was very lackadaisical in his work. He often left work early to "go to another facility", however we later found out that he just went home for the day. About 2 months after I left to go back to school, all of the full time employees under the department head left for other jobs."
