"Union environemnt protects dysfucntional, dishonest and underskilled employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cant get rid of the union but the place was taken over and will close Jan 31 2011 so 40 of the lkoosers will be unemployed and hopefully lkoose houses and have a tough time getting another job."
