"My job was from the past two years. I work really good and help my other crew members when I can. My co workers are very good guys and women too. No training but lots of correcting. Our supervisor needs to work with us and get away from being happy with the big boss and his wife. Break room is dirty with ants and sometimes we see a few rats. Many of the power machines are worn and broke an not fixed~just parked or piled in stack. No warning~nothing and I get a final check and told I am let go, not fired just let go."
