What do you like about working at The Cheesecake Factory?

"I loved the environment. I opened several stores throughout the country and had an opportunity to meet people of all walks. Furthermore, every 6 months they would roll out new menu items to stay fresh. I worked in their flagship store in Chicago, which grossed $15 million/year. Amazing!"

"My tips would be that you must without a doubt be a people person. You would have to enjoy a high energy, fast-paced environment and be a person who could work efficiently in such an environment."
