"The lowest levels of management seem to be good, earnest people but the CEO makes poor decisions without apparent understanding or care about how those decisions affect the everyday workforce. All the rest of upper management seem to be either his cronies and equally inept or have their hands tied and aren't capable of making a significant change."

"I worked for Klik Technologies Corp. since 2008. It was a growing company with amazing people who really valued their customers and strived exceed customers’ needs by keeping them abreast of industry trends and new product offerings. In 2011, Klik was bought by Union Bank of California, an MUFG Company based on the west coast and the bank was a tremendous help in Klik growing their national presence and expansion of product capabilities which allowed us to sell to more Large Corporates. Due to the fact a lot of our Channel Partner clients were banks who were looking to enhance their own profitability, we were not able to bring Union Bank the new clientele like that had hoped. In 2016, the bank had then sold us to CheckAlt LLC, a company primarily focused on ATM’s who was looking to grow in the payments industry. With that purchase came a lot of turnover in a 2 year time span as the new managements goals shifted and it was challenging to retain clients and bring on new business for the payment processing division. Overall my almost 12 year tenure with Klik was very positive and I was passionate about selling the products and being a part of the Klik Team."
