"there is too much talk and too much drama, there is also not enough reward, work ethic or praise for good/hard work, also not enough security in terms of work hours/wages, and no room for moving up in the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"know the staff more personably, do more when I am around instead of pointing and constantly telling others what to do and just showing up to give approval, hire more help, train new employees better & get more organized"
