"I've worked for CSUSA for 4 years and would love to continue doing so. The only downside is that most of the positions require travel and I am no longer in a position to do so."

"The atmosphere in the schools are always a little hectic. The staff on the other hand can be great in school and horrible in the rest. I was given 1 school that has a history of an abusive principal, but since she is friends with the owner I was told to stay clear of her. The atmosphere is hostile and abusive and when you don't have the backing of the company because everyone is afraid of the principal you're out of luck. My area director was afraid of her and sat through a hysterical fit she was having with someone in my department as well as yelling at me and all he did was sit there and shake with his head down. *Miles away there is another school where the principal is a lady and the staff smiles, has a good time and the kids learn. Don't expect backing from the company unless you are the screw up because those people scare this company. I was the third person in my position in one year. What does that tell you? Careful where you apply."
