The position of Technical Service and Aftermarket Sales is a very challenging position, requiring extensive skills handling key customers in a demanding environment. The position requires engagement almost 24/7, given the large number of installations worldwide and the technical expertise needed to resolve problems. Chart management is focused on production and sales, not service."
