"Overall operation at CSB are unethical, unprofessional, stressful and disorganized. Owners take advantage of their hard working staff and use manipulation to make promises that will never be delivered. Employees are left feeling defeated due to never being able to fulfill ownership's unreasonable standards and demands. Events, meetings and other functions are regularly late or planned last minute, which create disorganization, stress and end disastrously. CSB promotes a fun place to work, but it is just smoke and mirrors for the sake of the customers. Underneath the surface, ownership of CSB is shallow, self-absorbed, manipulative narcissists that only care about how much money they make even if it’s at the expense of a customer or employee."
