"I worked for Charlotte Russe as a Regional Vice President when it was owned by Charlotte Russe Holdings Inc. and helped guide the Company during very tough business conditions. It ultimately filed for bankruptcy and was put up for sale in February 2019. I helped steer the business through the transition. YM Inc out of Canada acquired the Company and I was hired to relaunch the Brand in April 2019. I found the Company to be fast to make decisions and take action even though some decisions were detrimental to the business in hindsight."
