"Nobody knew what they were doing at the site; I was free to make up my own job as long as I met key requirements. Along with this comes no understanding, support and appreciation of efforts. Corporate tells you what you want to hear and in the end demonstrates a total lack of loyalty."

"This facility has closed since I left. CR sold it and I hear the same thing will happen when CR acquired it in 2001 - a few dozen individuals will stay on, and many of them need to go. They are a big part of the reason the place keeps changing hands."
