"I worked for ChargeTech for about a year. The team is great but management is unsure of where they want to take the company. What this usually translates to is the assignment of many projects that eventually just get dropped when the higher-ups see a shinier object to chase. Aren't willing to let any marketing endeavors sit and develop long enough to see results. If results aren't seen almost immediately, the project is dropped."
