"Have a strong knowledge of the retail energy markets. Strong computer skills: Excel and complex retail pricing models. Be able to showcase strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a 'self-starter' approach to the position."
What don't you like about working at Champion Energy Services?
"Salespeople were not able to spend as much time with customers or third party channels due to the large amount of processing required for each prospective and current customer. This is necessary for all suppliers in order to get contract pushed through from origination to prices and finally to the wholesale desk. Still, it decreased 'face-time' with our clients."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue pushing for an operations system which will give the sales team more time to actually sell the products."
