"I worked for Chamberlain as a full time employee just short of 5 years and a little over 6 months as a temp. I enjoyed the company with a few minor issues. When management changed (Approximately 3.5 years after employment) the goals set for us became stricter due to new CEO's belief's in what was possible. Chamberlain used to be focused more on customer satisfaction and providing the right information. After management changed it became a lot more about numbers (Call Goals)."
