"VIsion changing. Conflicting direction from C-Level. Resource constrained. Organizational Structure doesn't fit day to day work requirements"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"-Get on the same page. Pick enough initiatives that you can succeed/fail at those - versus trying to chase all initiatives with limited resources.-Remove negative voices at the VP level that destroy morale across the organization.-Keep Scott involved until Revenue stabilizes"
