"I joined the organization because I agreed with the mission statement and goals of supporting the Canadian forces, current, retired members and their families. I discovered that although the majority of people want to serve the best they can, they are continuously impeded by petty politics, individuals serving their careers first at the cost of all else. The IT department is particularly bad, they choose to not fulfill their mandate out of spite of others. The morale is non-existent, and the level of animosity is at levels I have never seen, fueled by the petty grievances of the IT executives and their lack of leadership, management skills and compassion for their co-workers."
