"Terrific workplace on a beautiful campus for an organization with a dedicated focus on improving workplace culture and work-life balance. Very collaborative environment, albeit within a corporate, top-down reporting structure. Competitive pay, wonderful benefits and devoted colleagues make this a great place to work."

"Overall, a very strong organization doing interesting and reasonably important work. Excellent chance for travel domestically and globally, and an interesting set of both internal and external stakeholders. The challenges are that it is a one-trick pony (one product, heavily reliant on one country-China-for growth. The culture is very political, especially in Charlottesville, which is populated by a lot of backstabbers and phonies. It tends to be an insular organization that thinks way too much of itself. The firm vastly overpays it's executive level (CEOs, Managing Directors, Heads) while leaving the rest of the staff dangling. THE new CEO, however, seems like a good choice, with the chance to change the culture a bit."
