"My 2 direct reports were excellent technically so I was impressed to be able to work with them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Please be aware that the company culture is very informal, so if you are looking for a formal SDLC you will be disappointed. If you are a beginner to intermediate web developer looking to expand skills it might be a good fit, but it is definitely a freewheeling Web company type culture."

What don't you like about working at CExchange?

"The company was a startup and very lacking in management experience. There were known issues with funding (which may be resolved now). There were also problems with proper HR governance and a real issue with political discussions in the workplace that caused friction with co workers."
