"If you're there to make money and only that reason, then the company would be the right fit for you. if you want to establish a career, then you're better off taking a different job."

What don't you like about working at CEVA Logistics?

"Micromanagement! The company will be quick to put the blame on anyone of their employees as long as it doesn't tarnish its own reputation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's always helpful when you build a culture where honesty is the driver. Lying to your customers only hurts you at the end."

"Since the end of last year the new management has come in taken away bonus checks we can use our PTO days have changed all of the rules just for the ceva in Indianapolis off 71st the workers on the floor have been threatened with there jobs multiple times, was even handed paper stating that the new rules that have been implemented was just for our building alone, every move that has been made is to downgrade our worth in the company that we made profitable and open through the pandemic and the changing of management 3 times in my 8 years."

There is a lot of favoritism to the employees whom they worked with at Panalpina. Their attitude is we know everything. Unfortunately, they made it very bad to work there. "The people were great. They wanted information about their benefits and appreciated the help given to them by the HR department. Management of EGL was supportive and understanding of the initiatives we developed and implemented."

"read the job description carefully and make sure you can perform the essential job functions and have the minimum required experience at least."
