"It allowed me to work with Russian companies and learn a bit a bout the oil industry."

What don't you like about working at CETCO?

"That even though I was considered a full time employee they put me as a contract employee which later caused me problems with the IRS. However, that has been taken care of."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They could me more communication between the employee and employers."
