"I honestly don’t know where to begin, the owner is a tyrant, extremely difficult and overbearing. She takes every opportunity to insult, belittle, humiliate and verbally abuse her employees. She never has anything kind to say and on the occasion that she may possibly give a compliment its overwritten with a nasty insult. She really looks down her nose at her employees and treats them horribly. She is also very cheap, the pay is very low for the amount of work she expects from employees. It’s a virtual company so you are able to work from home but is very overbearing so there is no flexibility or work-life balance. She issues out so much work and expects employees to get everything done within an hour so that she does not have to pay employees. Also, there is no specified pay date at this place, she pays you whenever she feels like it so make sure you have a backup job to cover your bills. If you ever work at this place don’t trust anyone, it reminds me of being in the garden of Eden being surrounded by snakes. This is the worst company I ever worked at. She criticizes everything. Its truly mentally and emotionally draining. If you have to work here my advice is to keep looking, a very hostile work environment. Beth Cessna is a terrible person and leader if you can even call what she does lead, she’s more of a dictator. You really need to learn how to lead without being intimidating to your employees and learn humility."
