"I'm consulting for CES. The pay is great and the work is good. The reason I'm looking for a permanent position is that I'd like to have more influence over the direction of a company. The CEO at CES is trustworthy and honest. I'm impressed with his style, he is a great leader."

Quality Service Representative

"Good place to work, I would love to work there again."

What do you like about working at CES Consultants?

"I was able to work on my on without supervision. We were expect to produce results and keep a great relationship with the customer. On that end I was the best."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you dont know the answer to there scinerios then say you don't know and that you would have to look at the manual to answer that question. They want people that are not just going to start opening things up to make it work. They want people who are paitent and will read manuals, no matter how thick they are"

"The had a pretty bad health plan and no retirement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This was an unusual company in the fact that there was no office, it was a virtual company. Because of that fact, most of the time I never saw a manager unless I was at FujI getting trained. I would recommend that the management make it a point to sit down face to face with the each employee and discusse any issue and resolve them."
