"When I first started working here the 2 brothers would speak and say 'Good Morning' etc. Now I get nothing from them, unless I did something wrong."
"They have bought new used equipment but they do not have a training program. They do not communicate with the employees on what needs to be done. After coming to work here I found out why they are constantly having to hire new workers. They expect you to work overtime, weekends without any notice. If you have plans, TOUGH. Everybody is replaceable and It is close enough, let it go is the plan of approach."
