"Century First Credit Solutions is a very misleading and low paying company. The advertisements are embellished. There is no high commission. There is no base salary. The bonuses and residuals are low too. There is high turnover. Therefore, there is no career growth. You will not feel secure with this job. Even though you will have the title of debt consultant, you will feel as if you are working at a job -- not a career. You will work hard, but you will not be financially rewarded. This company hires workers on a 1099 basis. Management gives you a work schedule and a lunch hour. In this economy, it is better to obtain employment as a W2 employee. A 1099 job should only be considered if you can receive a very good income. At Century First Credit Solutions, the workers are divided into two rooms. There is the smaller inner room and the larger outer room. There are no cubicles. There are only four separate desks. The other desks are side by side. Some workers are sitting right next to each other. There are no windows. The ventilation is poor."
