4.7 I’ve worked for Century Communities. The company is a national residential builder which focuses on building the home of each homeowner's dreams. Focuses on the face-to-face relationships with customers and does great things for their employees.

3.4 I worked for Century 2 and 1/2 years and they pay well, but your workload is off the charts. The upper management can be very abrasive and there is alot of turnover in every department. This company does not have a very good culture. There is a group of people in charge that basically bully the rest of the employees.
