"I've worked for CST for roughly 1 year now. For the most part, things are good. Pay is reasonable, the company mission is admirable, and the work/life balance is good. Management will push you to improve, but are always reasonable in doing so. The only downside is that there is a massive disconnect between departments, which can lead to confusion."
