"As a software developer over the years, it has been an up and down environment to work in. There wasn't much in the way of leadership. When there was and things were improving, that leadership was ran off. The atmosphere was great to work in, being as you got your own office. The company ended up being purchased by their competitors."

"A sinking ship. It started off great, but after losing all of the IT management, there is a distinct lack of leadership and direction. All of the higher-ups are only concerned with having as much power and control over the employees as possible."

"They just started paying people what "they should've been paying". So the starting pay is good, but the company and its management suck!!! Not one team lead is on the same page. The branch manager is messy. If she doesn't like you she picks, and picks on you. The raises are funky. The owner/operations manager comes in and speaks to only the branch manager and supervisor. They take points for being late but no way to earn them back. At the Christmas parties you can only get one serving, if that, and they only give you a $25 gift card for a year's work. Only work here if 21 and under or as a part time job."

"Basically, you are setting appointments for licensed real estate agents and licensed vendors (like home inspectors). The job itself is not that difficult, except management makes it difficult. As someone said, you will be punished for things you were not taught and could not have known. The pay is insulting! Everyone earns $9 an hour and raises are not exactly often or generous. This company wants a professional employee who is sharp and quick. In exchange, as I said, they only want to pay $9/hourly. In other words, they want a white collar employee at blue-collar wages. You will earn more working most retail jobs or waiting tables. Turn-over is high. I never feel appreciated at this place and I definitely view it as a dead-end job that I took purely for survival reasons. My advice to Corporate: raise the pay to at least $11 an hour! C'mon people! You brag about your growth and being an industry leader, so take care of your employees! Better pay means better quality employees and happier employees, which in turn means lower turnover and satisfied clients. Improve training and pay your trainers what they are worth! I have heard trainers rant about their low pay. I have had supervisors rant and rave about their low pay! When all people in the break-room do is talk about what other companies are hiring, something is wrong! FIX IT, CSS!"
