"Very poor management. Passive agressive management style, you don't know there is a problem until you are disciplined. No concept of managers mentoring their employees. No opportunity for professional growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Read a few books. Be honest with your team members. Tell them immediately if they are doing something wrong or right. Present a united front to your employees. It is bad when the CFO is afraid of the Warehouse Manager."
