"Flexibililty, the Bold Promise, which is their mission statement is an integral part of their daily doings. And the benefits are spectacular."

"When asked a question, answer by addressing the situation, tell of your behavior and conclude with the outcome. Be thourough."

What don't you like about working at H-E-B?

"Some of the different locations amke up their own rules. When you're moved around a lot as a manager, it makes it VERY difficulft to understand and adapt to each locations way of operating."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"LIsten to your partners, remember how you felt when you were in entry level positions. Remember, you're the big dog, we're scared of you. Be relateable."
