"Hard headed on old ways. This was a seperate NEW division and upper mgrment would ask you what to do to fix there mistakes and then would say were not doing it that way and would do the application wrong a second time. Frustrating"

"Be very open minded and always honest."

What don't you like about working at Centex?

"There attitude that they are better then others. The division president said in a manditory meeting that this division doesn't sell homes, we sell life styles. They need to come down of there high horse."

"When you hire someone because of there experience, listen to them and do your research so you won't have so many problems."
