"Be yourself. The company as a whole is very family oriented and lovely."

What don't you like about working at Centex?

"VERY long hours, bad management (in the Accounting Department) at the time I worked there (all have been fired since I moved on)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respect people's need for a family time and time to study after work. This is not possible if you work 7am-7, 8,9 or 10pm! Also be sure to be fair when distributing work. Everyone should be putting in equal time and effort. Get rid of the employees with bad attitudes who aren't producing results. There are plenty of hard-working people out there looking for work."
