What do you like about working at Centex?

"I liked that I was selected to create the Online Sales position due to my computer experience and successful sales process. It was nice to be recognized from them for all of the hard work and they were great with rewarded employees for a good well done."

What don't you like about working at Centex?

"Management started to hire friends and not qualified individuals to hold high positions. This inexperience created a lot of problems. A friend was hired to be my partner and I was forced to share all commissions. I have no problem sharing if equal work is done but I ended up doing all of the work which was frustrating."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure an individual is hired for merit and not because of who they know."
