"Owners do not allow changes for growth. Atmosphere doesn't allow communication or so there is no ability to learn new things. The company has too many tasks for too little employees. Management never keeps us informed of vital changes, hence causing great production issues. Owner demands her personal issues get addressed before business issues gets addressed; then reprimands employees when business doesn't get done. There is no open door policy. You keep your mouth shut."

Mental, psychological games are the tools used in this workforce. A culture of false religion is a tool to control employees, to customers."
