"I believe the job was cool and outstanding, but there is management who makes the job harder than it really is. I also notice the management care about other officers and not some. Favoritism at its finest."
"Centerra on a small level is a decent company to work for. However the management has changed several times, constantly leaving the contracts with new processes and no direction. As a small contract it is hard to feel prioritized or represented. Any work outside of the Corporate office is enjoyable and efficient. However, anything that must go through Corporate usually endure and inefficient and inconsistent process."
