"The pay rate of 11.36 was a big factor, they also pay 75 cents more for working a weekday morning. You got a calendar of the entire the next month, and you choose you want to work, so you could plan it around your life."

"The only problem is that there is no guaranty of a certain number of hours in a day (i.e an 8-hour day) the number of hours depends on how long the event lasts."
