"I like the work environment and the people I work with. The position was very rewarding and educational. The company had a very good health, retirement, and vacation package for it's employee's."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself, know what you are looking for and be open to learning new tasks. Ask for a one on one interview. It's not always about what is on paper, and meeting in person you may see something that you may missed on a piece of paper."

What don't you like about working at Cemcolift?

"The growth potential was very minimual and Sentior Manangement did not do a very good job in communication business forcasts or plans for the company moving forward. Working for a big company you can get lost in shuffle, working for a smaller company I feel you make more personal relationships with people and feel rewarded for the work you are performing."

"Be more open with your employees, the more they feel informed and know what is going on within the orginization the better they will feel working for the company."

"I would of loved to be a permanent employee there but unfortunately I was just a temporary employee"

"Closly pay attention to what the employees are doing so the hard workers get rewarded."
