What do you like about working at Celtech?

"Having three responsibilities allowed me to learn many facets of the business, and interact with the entire staff. I was allowed to grow and excel at a rapid pace. They gave me top responsibility in three areas, all of which I excelled. It was very close to home."

What don't you like about working at Celtech?

"Sometimes crew members did not understand the importance of safety. A few individuals always made it very tough for me. Fortunately, my experience in Safety and Leadership allowed me to successfully deal one-on-one with these employees. Employee benefits were constantly modified, to lessen our benefits."
