What don't you like about working at Celotex?
"The Manager (and I don't remember his name) asked me to create some policy for the company regarding PPE. When I did he argued with me as to wheather it was correct or not. Now I have been doing this sort of thing for over twenty years but just in case I was missing something I bounced it off of the corporate EH&S folks. They said I was perfectly correct. He still insisted that I should do it over differently."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let HR do HR the way it is suppose to be done.If you want to be the HR Manager or tell him/her how to do what they do best. You don't need them."
"Job did not last long, the company closed the doors."

"Plenty of overtime."
