"I have worked here at tcc for 2 years now, I truly cannot reccomend this company for reliable employment, thier pay structure changes sporadically and without warning, they completely keep anyone under district management in the dark about any changes made, store closings, etc. Progression has 0% to do with performance and 100% to do with relationships, the pay is decent if you are willing to sell your soul for it."
