"While CellTrust is a good company, and I have worked for the owners at two companies for almost 6 years and am considered number one and first employee at CellTrust, I do not feel they are nor ever will adequately compensate me for all that I have done for the company."

What do you like about working at CellTrust?

"Have gained considerable experience in Mobile Programming, Knowledge of handsets and carrier issues, as well as client server side code and security"

What don't you like about working at CellTrust?

"While they state that I am the number one employee, and have been one of the sole factors in the success of the company, they have not adequately compensated me and their seems to be no future for growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Adequately compensate current employees prior to hiring new and not necessarily needed employees"
